			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Gail Newel, MD, obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Cellular Biology from UC Berkeley in 1982. She attended medical school at UC Irvine, where she graduated in 1986. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCSF-University Medical Center in 1990. She also holds a Masters in Public Health degree from UC Berkeley. She was in private practice in Fresno from 1990 to 1992, and then on staff at Kaiser Fresno until 1998, when she co-founded Fresno Women’s Medical Group.</p>
<p>Dr. Newel is a Diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She serves on the State of California&#8217;s Office of Women&#8217;s Health Advisory Council as well as the United States Breastfeeding Committee.</p>

Dr. Dabbs proudly served for 4 years in the United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Major, from 1997-2001. She was stationed just outside Washington DC, and in addition to practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology, she served as an Assistant Professor for the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Dabbs was on staff at Kaiser Permanente, Fresno from 2001-2005. She began private practice in 2006, and joined Fresno Women’s Medical Group in 2007. Dr. Dabbs continues her love of teaching by lecturing annually to graduate students at Fresno State University. Dr. Dabbs is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.</p>

She then entered Medical School at the University of Michigan and graduated with her MD degree in 1977. Her internship and residency program at the University of Minnesota Hospital was completed in 1981. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Felton has been in private practice in Minneapolis and also has served as Clinical Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Minnesota since 1991. In addition, Dr. Felton has worked part time at General Mills World Headquarters, developing a women&#8217;s health program for employees since 1998. Her interests are urogynecology, menopause, sexual health, and prevention of domestic violence. She served on the Board of Directors of Cornerstone in Minneapolis, a nonprofit organization devoted to prevention of domestic violence for adults and children.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Born and raised in Fresno, CA, Robin Linscheid graduated from Roosevelt High School of the Arts. Dr. Linscheid earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Natural Sciences in 2000 from Bethel College in North Newton, Kansas. She attended medical school at the University of Kansas and graduated in 2005. While in medical school, Dr. Linscheid co-founded a student run free clinic, Jay Doc Community Clinic. Further ambition led Dr. Linscheid to volunteer at hospitals in Paraguay for a year. After completing her residency in Family Medicine at Ventura County Medical Center in 2008, where she was chief resident, Dr. Linscheid moved back to Fresno. Dr. Linscheid worked at United Health Centers in Parlier until joining Fresno Women’s Medical Group. She is board certified in Family Medicine and has a special interest in women’s health, obstetrics, and pediatric care.</p>
