Marci Dabbs, MD

Marci Dabbs, MDMarci Dabbs, MD received a B.A. in Spanish from Dartmouth College in 1985, and obtained a post-bacculaureate degree in Biology from Talladega College in 1987. After teaching high school Spanish and English from 1987-1988, she attended the University of South Alabama College of Medicine, graduating in 1992. After an internship in Denver, Colorado, she completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCSF-University Medical Center in 1997. Dr. Dabbs proudly served for 4 years in the United States Air Force, attaining the rank of Major, from 1997-2001. She was stationed just outside Washington DC, and in addition to practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology, she served as an Assistant Professor for the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences.

Dr. Dabbs was on staff at Kaiser Permanente, Fresno from 2001-2005. She began private practice in 2006, and joined Fresno WomenÕs Medical Group in 2007. Dr. Dabbs continues her love of teaching by lecturing annually to graduate students at Fresno State University. Dr. Dabbs is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
